We celebrated the completion of our lovely new building with a celebratory event on Friday October 5th. Bill Rammell MP was our guest of honour. In December our Christmas Performance was 'When Sasha Got Sucked up the Chimney' In our Skipping Workshop in March we all learnt new skills and games
     
Paula Brown joined our assembly to encourage parents and children to join our Walking Bus Beavers, Cubs, Guides and Brownies wore their uniforms to school to celebrate St George's Day in our special assembly Mrs Tansley taught Year 5 the traditional maypole dances
     
Tai Chi lessons are part of the PE curriculum for Years 5 and 6
 
Photographer John Price and Tree Warden Madeleine Paine worked with Y4 on an art project entitled Viewpoints Y4 children used digital cameras as part of the project to view everyday items from unusual viewpoints.
     
The Gifted and Talented Writers Group also worked with John Price to photograph illustrations for their Roydon Mysteries Book. Here we see the fading ghost in Ellie Thompson's (Y6 ) story. The winning entry at the Waltham Cross Museum 50 Favourite Trees Exhibition was a sculpture by Y5 Our outdoor Music Garden produced by Y5 ,with artist Andrew Jameson as part of a maths and music Creativity for Life project.
