What do governors do?

The Governing Body, which includes parents, staff and council-nominated members, has responsibility for the running of the school. This is delegated on a day-to-day basis to the Headteacher, Deputy and staff team. The Governors are responsible for monitoring the work of the school and planning its future development. Families are kept informed of the work of the Governors through a termly newsletter.

How can you contact the governors?

Governors are always pleased to hear views or comments from families. Letters can be sent, marked for the Chair of Governors, via the school office.
